PunchLove, LLC is a community health and creative consulting firm founded by Dr. LJ Punch. We bring trauma-responsive principles to life through consulting, education, public speaking, and storytelling, helping organizations and communities design systems of care rooted in presence and healing.

Our work integrates creative strategy, curriculum design, and communication with community-based recovery and resilience projects, including the 314Oasis—a model for climate-trauma response and collective healing born in St. Louis.
